Release Notes
2026-08-05 — Open analytics wave: games, teams, players
- Games: 570 game pages (2024–2025) — win-probability paths,
validated drive ledgers with expected-points context, largest swings, source
receipts on every page.
- Teams: 64 team-season pages — situational offense/defense
profiles, drive economics, game logs, and a research-labeled offensive-line
continuity panel (a unit descriptor, never a player rating).
- Players: 1,015 player fact pages — opportunity ledgers
(passing/rushing/receiving/kicking/punting), participation snap counts,
per-game logs. Conventional facts only; every page states plainly that no
player ratings exist yet. Zero unmatched identities across both seasons.
- EP/WP tournament v1 concluded: RETAIN_BASELINE. Under frozen,
result-blind gates on 339,109 plays, no independent arm beat replaying the
source model — so pages display source EP/WP with attribution, and independent
arms remain research. The NULL result is published, not hidden.
2026-08-05 — Foundation preview
- First public shell. No player ratings exist yet, and none will appear until they
pass result-blind evidence gates.
- Source and rights system live: 87 immutable captures across play-by-play
(2016–2025), participation (2016–2025), FTN charting (2022–2025), rosters, snap
counts, NGS aggregates (2016–2024), schedules, players, officials, contracts.
- Canonical play/drive pipeline with a conservation suite: all ten seasons PASS —
~484,000 plays, zero fatal, zero error findings; warnings recorded honestly
(clock corrections; NGS-era participation rows listing more than 11 players).
- Metric registry published with the full family at honest
concept/scaffold status.
